End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Move Pro Logic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your business operations.

3. Service Description

Move Pro Logic provides AI-powered moving company management software including but not limited to:

  • AI video estimate generation
  • Driver management and GPS tracking
  • Digital bill of lading
  • Automated payroll processing
  • Job tracking and dispatch management

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Move Pro Logic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Pro Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms
