Our commitment

Move Pro Logic is designed to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.

What this covers

  • Our public website at moveprologic.com.
  • The admin workspace used by moving companies and their teams.
  • The embeddable quote form that moving companies place on their own websites. This matters because an inaccessible embed would affect our customers' sites, not just ours.

Measures we take

  • Semantic landmarks, a skip-to-content link, and one main heading per page.
  • Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element.
  • Text contrast checked against the 4.5:1 minimum for body copy.
  • Text alternatives on all meaningful imagery.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels and announced validation errors.
  • Animation that respects the operating system "reduce motion" preference, with no scroll hijacking.
  • Automated axe-core auditing on our key pages plus manual keyboard testing of the full quote flow.

Known limitations

Customer walkthrough videos are recorded by the person requesting a quote, so we cannot caption or describe their contents. Anyone who cannot record a walkthrough can complete a quote request without one — the option is always available on the form, and the moving company follows up directly. Some third-party components embedded in the admin workspace, such as mapping and accounting integrations, are outside our direct control; we report issues to those vendors.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier anywhere in Move Pro Logic, or need information provided in another format, contact us through our contact page or our support page. We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the information or transaction through an alternative channel while we work on a fix.
