2.4 Automated Analysis of Walkthrough Videos

Walkthrough videos submitted through a moving company's quote form are processed by automated vision models to identify household items and estimate volume. This analysis produces an inventory list and a suggested price for the moving company's review; it does not make a final decision about you, and the moving company always reviews the result. Videos are stored privately, accessible only to the moving company you requested a quote from and to our systems processing that request, and are never used to identify individuals or sold to third parties. Recording a walkthrough is always optional — you may request a quote without one.

You are responsible for obtaining the consent of anyone present when you record a walkthrough. Do not record people, documents, or anything you do not want shared with the moving company. You can ask the moving company, or us, to delete a submitted video at any time.
